Before having our basement waterproofed our basement was damp, dark and moldy. Now we can utilize this rather large space for storage and crafting. The fully contained sump pump has improved the cleanliness of our basement and the back-up battery has completely eliminated flooding of our basement (that we experienced at least twice annually) The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property.
