After we had changed the contour of our back yard and patio area 2-3 years ago, we detected a small wet spot on our carpet in the finished family room. Every time it rained we would have the same wet spot that grew larger as big as 4'x6' area. Being on concrete floor in the lower level of a split entry home it was hard to get it completely dry and keep it dry before the next rain. Since Waterproofing Specialties Inc changed the way the water comes into my basement by channeling it around the inside walls of my basement to my sump pump.
