We are totally satisfied with the Dry Trak system that was installed in our basement. We no longer have a wet basement, since the house was built over a spring. Installing a waterproofing system from Waterproofing Specialties is one of the best things we have ever done for our home. It has taken the worry form our minds when it rains, and we can rest easy during any storm. Since installing the system, we have not had a drop of water in our basement from outside water and can now plan on using the room for something other than unused space. Several years ago, Waterproofing Specialties, Inc. installed water collecting panels along two walls where ground water was leaking into my basement. When I purchased my home, there was significant water and flooding in the basement. Waterproofing Specialties gave me a better quote than a competitor, and was great at answering questions. They did their work quickly and without any problems within 2-3 days of completion, my basement was noticeably dryer. Since then, I have not seen anymore water in my basement.
