Just wanted to say how nice it was to go into a dry basement. I appreciated your guys being here at the time you said they would be. I was also treated with courtesy and politeness from the beginning to the end of the transaction which is often rare these days.

Ever since you did the job a few months ago the cellar has been dry. No water getting in. The cellar looks real nice, the work was excellent. I am sure happy we had it done.

Our basement was a complete disaster area. Every time it rained, or we had a snow melt, water would find a way into out sandstone walled basement. We had to put everything up on bricks. Nothing could sit on the floor without some kind of water damage. We couldn't use out basement for much of anything. We considered on having our foundation dug out, and drains put in, but then thought about the mess and expense. We then called "Waterproofing Specialties, Inc." they came, gave us an estimate, and did the job. Very professional, no mess, and they were done in less than two days. We now have a very dry basement, in which we can actually use. I'm still amazed every time I walk down our basement stairs. I can't believe we waited so long to have this done. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble with a wet, or damp basement.

My basement had water all around the sides and wide area near my washer and dryer. Since I had Waterproofing Specialties install their system – the basement is dry. I also had the walls covered with white vinyl sheeting. What a difference! I’m sure happy I had this work done. I spend more time in the basement now. (moved my sewing machine down there.)

Your waterproofing system has eliminated my water problems completely. Basement is dry, no musty smell or mildew, Bright Wall looks great and easy to clean, looks like a brand new basement. A dry basement has been great. We didn’t have a lot of water, but just enough to be a hindrance. We couldn’t put anything on the floor – we always had to have it setting on something. NO More!! We don’t have a wet-spot in our basement and I’m even starting to paint down there.
