Our basement leaked with water for over 25 years. Water came in thru the walls probably at a dozen places and up thru through cement floor in many places. The basement, when it rained, even a light rain was always wet. We got disgusted with the problem in our basement and finally decided something had to be done. I thought I could plug up the wall holes and caulk the cement floor. After discussing this with the Waterproofing Specialties owner, my solution would not work as the water would enter at other places. We (my wife and I) finally decided to have the specialists do the job. Their technique was explained and guaranteed 100%. We are completely satisfied. No leaks and a dry basement and it has been 2 years since the work was done.

They came and looked at the problem of the cellar-way allowing water to run into the cellar and knew exactly how to repair it. Gave me a price for the work and told me when they could come. They came when they said they would and cleaned up when they finished. It was very ingenious how they repaired it and it solved the problem. I would recommend their work gladly.

I had been having a water problem since 1996. The construction work of the 1995 waste water system altered my drainage. Several attempts were made to correct the water problem.
