It was the best amount of money I ever spent. We only wish we would have done it sooner. After we had changed the contour of our back yard and patio area 2-3 years ago, we detected a small wet spot on our carpet in the finished family room. Very glad we made that phone call after seeing the ad in the paper. Mr. Pura came and told us our problem. Next day they installed our SaniDry Air System dehumidifier and now we no longer have that damp odor and it has stopped mildew from forming. The unit is easy to maintain. We now use the rec room more often than before. Great investment.
